Fully automatic operation system, high efficiency, less operation, and labor saving
This machine adopts PLC intelligent control system, automatically identifies the cargo position, and completes the whole process of winding start, upper and lower winding, automatic film feeding, film breaking and film cutting. The core winding structure adopts high-strength cantilever rotating arm, with a speed of 6-18rpm, and supports variable frequency speed regulation; the film frame is a pre-stretching structure, with a maximum pre-stretching ratio of up to 250%, and adjustable film feeding speed, which effectively reduces the unit consumables cost. The equipment supports winding specifications of 800-1100mm×800-1200mm, a maximum packaging height of 2000mm, and a winding efficiency of 20-40 pallets/hour, which is suitable for various standard pallet sizes and heights.
Heavy-duty gantry structure, rich configuration, safe, stable and reliable
The whole frame of the gantry fully automatic cantilever winding machine is welded with thick steel structure, which runs smoothly and has strong torsion resistance. The cantilever has an automatic reset function and is equipped with a high-sensitivity emergency stop brake system; the film frame has automatic film feeding and film cutting mechanisms, which supports unmanned operation. The lifting mechanism is a chain structure, and the lifting speed is variable frequency adjustable; the conveyor line height is 500mm, the speed is 12m/min, and the maximum load-bearing capacity is 2000kg. The whole machine power is 3.2kw, the voltage is 380V, the whole machine weight is about 2500kg, the equipment size is 4300×2320×3530mm (excluding the conveyor line), and it is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as photoelectric protection, emergency stop protection, and protective nets.
