After wrapping is completed, a pneumatic automatic ejection device pushes the roll outward for easy forklift handling or conveyor transfer, improving workflow efficiency.
Packaging efficiency ranges from 10–30 rolls per hour. Wrapping layers and turntable speed can be adjusted to ensure uniform and tight packaging.
The machine is equipped with a PLC control system and a user-friendly interface. Wrapping parameters can be adjusted according to roll specifications.
