Practical Need for Top Protection During Transportation
During container shipping or long-distance logistics, pallet loads require not only side stabilization but also top protection. If only side wrapping is applied, the exposed top may be affected by dust, moisture, or external debris.
The automatic top sheet wrapper forms a fully enclosed wrapping structure, improving overall stability and packaging uniformity. It is suitable for industries with strict packaging integrity requirements.
Working Process
First, the turntable completes side wrapping. After the photoelectric sensor detects pallet height, the top covering device activates automatically.
The lifting mechanism lowers the top film carriage to the load surface, and the film roll is spread across the pallet top. After covering, the system returns to its original position, and the side wrapping layers secure the top film firmly. The entire cycle is automatically controlled without manual operation.
Turntable and Film Carriage Structure
The standard turntable diameter is 1800 mm with a load capacity up to 2000 kg, suitable for standard pallet sizes.
The film carriage adopts a powered pre-stretch system with a stretch ratio up to 250%, reducing film consumption. The lifting system uses a dual-chain structure for stable and durable operation. Film delivery speed and lifting speed are independently adjustable to meet different packaging needs.
