The Automatic Top Sheet Pallet Wrapping Machine is upgraded from the standard pallet wrapping system by adding a top film covering unit. It completes both side wrapping and top covering in one automatic cycle, forming a fully enclosed packaging structure.

This solution is ideal for warehouse and shipping environments with high dustproof and moisture-proof requirements, improving overall packaging integrity and transportation stability.

During container transport or long-distance logistics, side wrapping alone cannot fully protect the top surface. The integrated top sheet system ensures complete coverage, significantly enhancing external protection.

Clear Working Principle with Fully Automatic Top Covering Process

The machine first performs stretch film wrapping around the pallet load. After the photoelectric sensor detects the load height, the top sheet unit activates automatically.

The lifting mechanism lowers the top film frame to the top position of the load. The film is then dispensed and spread across the pallet surface. Once the top covering is completed, the system resets, and additional side wrapping secures the top film firmly in place.

The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, requiring no manual intervention and significantly improving operational efficiency.

Stable Turntable System with High Load Capacity

The equipment adopts a turntable structure with a standard diameter of 1800mm and a load capacity of up to 2000kg, suitable for 900–1200mm pallets.

Turntable speed is adjustable from 0–12 rpm via frequency control, with soft start and soft stop functions. The system automatically returns to its original position after wrapping to ensure stable operation.

Powered Pre-Stretch Film Carriage for Material Savings

The machine is equipped with a powered pre-stretch film carriage, achieving a high pre-stretch ratio while maintaining tight wrapping performance and reducing film consumption.

The dual-chain lifting structure ensures smooth and stable movement. Film feeding and lifting speeds can be adjusted independently to accommodate different pallet heights and specifications. Custom configurations are available.

Automatic Film Clamp and Cut Device for Unattended Operation

An automatic film clamp and cutting system performs film gripping, cutting, and wiping through pneumatic control.

Operators can set parameters such as top and bottom reinforcement wraps and top covering time via the control interface. The system supports both automatic and manual modes.

Typical wrapping efficiency ranges from 20–40 pallets per hour, making it suitable for medium-output production environments.
