With expanding production scales, palletized shipments have become standard across many industries. Manual wrapping can no longer meet efficiency and standardization requirements.
The automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine replaces manual labor with mechanical operation, ensuring consistent packaging quality, reducing human error, and improving outbound efficiency.
The machine typically uses a turntable design. The pallet is placed on the rotating platform, while the film carriage moves up and down along the mast to wrap the load.
The TP series turntable diameter is generally 1650 mm, with a load capacity up to 2000 kg. Turntable speed ranges from 0–12 rpm with soft start and stop functions to reduce load shaking.
Equipped with a powered pre-stretch carriage, with a stretch ratio up to 1:2.5, the machine reduces film usage while maintaining wrapping strength.
Compared with mechanical brake systems, pre-stretch systems provide better long-term cost control. Reinforced top and bottom wrapping cycles can be preset for improved stability without excessive film consumption.
The dual-chain lifting mast combined with frequency control ensures stable carriage movement. The wrapping height can be adjusted automatically according to pallet size, and customized configurations are available for oversized or high-stacked loads.
The machine uses a PLC control system with a user-friendly interface. Wrapping turns, rotation speed, and lifting speed can be easily adjusted.
Packaging efficiency typically reaches 20–40 pallets per hour, meeting most daily outbound requirements.
Optional upgrades include:
Integrated weighing system
Slewing bearing structure upgrade
Enlarged turntable
Ramp for forklift access
Conveyor integration for inline wrapping
The modular design allows the machine to function as a standalone unit or as part of a complete packaging line.
Widely used in automotive parts, paper, glass, electronics, food and beverage, building materials, and chemical industries.
By tightly wrapping pallet loads with stretch film, the machine enhances transport stability, reduces shifting or loosening, and provides dust and moisture protection.
Key advantages include:
Replacing manual wrapping
Reducing labor intensity
Improving packaging consistency
Lowering film consumption
Supporting future automation upgrades
With rising labor costs and increasing production demands, automatic pallet wrapping equipment has become a fundamental configuration in modern packaging operations.
